Migraines

Headaches crises during 4 h to 72 h, usually unilateral, throbbing, aggravated by physical activity, sometimes associated with nausea, vomiting, photophobia, phonophobia. They can be preceded by transient neurological signs, called aura, growing on more than 4 minutes, and in less than 60 minutes. The aura is usually visual (ophthalmic migraine), but may be sensitive, or aphasic.
These symptoms can combine them.

TENSION HEADACHES

EPISODIC TENSION HEADACHE:

Headache for less than 15 days per month, and less than 180 days a year, tvpe pressure, squeezing, pulseless, bilateral location, no worsening in physical activities.

CHRONIC TENSION HEADACHE:

Headache has at least 15 days per month for at least 6 months a year, before the clinical features of episodic tension headache.

THE HEADACHE OF MEDICINAL ABUSE:

Entanglement of several headache conditions, causing chronic use of analgesics, and thus, self-maintenance headaches.

THE CLUSTER HEADACHE

EPISODIC:

Algie of unilateral orbital region for 15 to 180 minutes and are repeated 1-8 times / day associated with vasomotor symptoms (conjunctival redness, tearing, rhinorrhea).
The daily repetition of crises ranging from 7 days to 1 year (avg .: 2 weeks to 3 months), and separated by free intervals of 14 days or more, is called burst.

CHRONIC:

Even clinical description that episodic cluster headache side. By against crises are repeated for a period of over a year without remission, or with remissions lasting less than 14 days.

TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA

Trigeminal neuralgia is a unilateral facial pain. It is characterized by painful access type of electrical discharge, limited to the territories of inervation 1 or more branches of the trigeminal nerve.
The pain lasts from a few seconds to less than 2 minutes, can be triggered by the act of washing, shaving or smoking, talking or brushing teeth, but can also occur spontaneously.
The pain appears and disappears suddenly and may subside during periods of varying lengths.
